How You Can Win Entrepreneurship by Growing Your Emotional Intelligence

There are a lot of reasons why I’ve seen so much success with the Positive Intelligence Program. Being an entrepreneur myself, I felt so strong about it, I even became certified to add it to my services offered with my coaching business. One main concept is I felt like we’ve bought all the tools, invested in the gurus, and listened to the trends to bring our businesses to life—and we should be proud of these! But, what if you are still struggling in your business, relationships, and perhaps, in your brain of why is this still not working

Don’t worry, it’s not just you! There is a logical explanation to struggling through seemingly simple successes.

It’s easy to focus on problems and solutions within the business but have you considered that the problem may not lay within the business but within, you and what inner saboteurs you could be carrying? Our inner saboteurs are not exclusive, they are within us all. If it weren’t for these observation exercises, I know I wouldn’t have been able to really see how I’ve been holding myself back. The fact is that mental fitness plays just as big of a part in entrepreneurship as ambition and that beat-the-sunrise-drive.

Taking care of your mental fitness, practicing self-awareness, and ultimately growing your overall emotional intelligence can help you manage the ebs of flows of owning a business with ease and understanding. Raising your EQ (Emotional Intelligence) can directly benefit you in social situations, in your relationships, and in your overall performance, better preparing you to grow your business and just rock it in life.

Also from the other aspect, if you’ve found that you business and relationships are thriving, and yet you’re still unhappy, it’s likely time to begin working on your positive intelligence. Check out our new individual program and coming in Winter 2022, our new group PQ Program offerings! If you’d like to learn more, set up a session here and Leah and her team will be happy to see if PQ might be beneficial to your and/or your businesses. Cheers to your success!
